Contact us within 14 days for damaged or incorrect items.

Personalized Items
Most Isabel pieces are personalized and made specifically for each customer. Because of this, custom-made items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
Please carefully check all names, initials, dates, photos, and personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify personalized items.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take several business days to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Personalized jewelry
• Custom photo jewelry
• Engraved items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking information first. Some carrier updates may take time to appear.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or mailbox area before contacting us.
